Our regular maid service is available on a weekly or fortnightly basis. Our maids are efficient, disciplined, and thoroughly vetted to ensure that we only hire reliable and hardworking individuals. For many, ironing is a challenging task, especially when the laundry seems to accumulate week after week. Don't worry; we are here to help! You can book our ironing service separately or in conjunction with our regular domestic cleaning, either weekly or bi-weekly. We can iron a variety of items, including shirts, bed sheets, towels, trousers, skirts, t-shirts, tablecloths, underwear, and socks. Cancellation Policy
For cancellations or rescheduling, we have the following policies: 1. In case of an emergency cancellation, we require at least one hour's notice before the scheduled cleaning service. 2. For clients with regular service, maintaining the same day and time requires a cancellation fee of £45 per month. 3. If clients are unable to maintain their regular service schedule, it is important to inform us in advance, ideally three days to one week ahead of time. This allows us to know when they will be away on holiday and how long they will be out of our cleaning services. 4. If clients do not inform us by the specified time and return on a different date, we will not be able to accommodate their cleaning service as expected 5. We ask our cleaners for before and after job records to ensure proof of completion for all the services we provide. Thank you for your understanding!
